Vitamin K - bones worship Here's why you should!!

It is known that vitamin K helps the blood to clot, but now scientists have a new discovery. The following are some studies show that vitamin keep bone health and prevent heart disease.



Bone Health

Maintaining good bone health is essential for the prevention of osteoporosis in later years of life. Several recent studies between vitamin K and certain diet that improve bone health, showed that vitamin can repair bone density. Another indication of the effect of vitamin K on bone is the discovery that patients with low density (osteoporosis symptom) also have low levels of vitamin K in the body.
