Red wine - good or bad for your teeth?

Scientists say that red wine, although currently paints our teeth is actually good for their health. Sure, it does not mean you need every day to eat a few cups, but you do not have to avoid completely only because they fear that the teeth will suffer.


Dentists often recommend to stick to the side if we want to have a white and bright smile, but the results of a new study show that in fact this drink has a positive effect on the teeth.

As passed portal Allure, research conducted at Institute of Food Science in Spain, found that wine can prevent the occurrence of caries, and to prevent its spread, because naturally reduces the number of bacteria. But this applies only to red wine, which, unlike white, contains certain polyphenols that shatter caries.
